Eugene Tomme
Eugene is a natural rind goat tomme. It is named after Jeff's great great great grandfather Eugene who came from Ireland to farm and later started the Henryville Inn. The Henryville Inn was an upscale resort and boarding house with many great and famous guests who came to fish the bountiful trout streams of Paradise Valley. Eugene is our first cheese made in our new cheesemaking barn and is named appropriately after the great first Henry in the Poconos!
